About This Product

BD focused on solving one of the Ford 6.7L common failures, the exhaust manifolds. Crafted with a heavy duty 0.275" thick-walled Hi-Silicon ductile casting, this makes these manifolds 75% thicker to combat cracking due to high exhaust temperatures. Thermal durability has been improved with longer exhaust studs and spacers plus thicker, more durable machined bolting flanges. Fully EGR compatible, BD's exhaust manifold set is the perfect replacement for reliability and peace of mind.

Love the Product! Helped make a whole new tow rig out of my truck!

My Wife, Daughter, SIL, and I were on a trip with our 5th wheel camper behind my '14 F350 with the 6.7 when I thought I had a belt slip issue...nope! Found out it was the dreaded stud break/manifold scream issue. I hobbled the truck and trailer home 10 hours and got it to my local repair shop where they confirmed my fears. I specified your product after reading several reviews, and watching some videos on them. The shop owner agreed and set about ordering the manifold kit right away. He told me that it arrived faster than any other repair kit from other companies that he has ordered, and was very well packaged. When his tech got to working on the repairs, he said that he was impressed with how everything he needed for the repair was included in the kit, minus a couple gaskets that he needed for the turbo. The new manifold gaskets and manifolds as well as the studs were installed without any issues and have definitely given me a slight increase in the seat of the pants feel when I step into it with the 18k toy hauler behind me. These coupled with an exhaust upgrade, and an intake upgrade have made this a towing rig that I am pretty happy with. At one point we had considered trading it off to go with a bigger unit for our tow rig because of concerns of lack of power/performance climbing the hills down south, but not any longer! This one is here to stay. Thank you BD for making a product to replace Mother Ford's lacking!!

Good quality manifolds

Good fit. Roughly same price as OEM manifolds but way better quality. Why put the same thin Ford manifolds that cracked in again? These are way thicker.
