In late 2007, Dodge stepped up the Ram pick-up with several changes including a major drive line step up including an engine change to 6.7L and a whole new generation 68RFE transmission. The increase in horse power and torque mainly came from changes in the injectors and CP3 pump along with programming but a huge improvement in emission controls can be contributed to the variable control turbocharger. BD has many options to choose from for OEM quality or better replacement parts, or, performance upgrades with the fuel system, turbocharger, transmission and suspension.

BD transmissions are not just a standard rebuild, each transmission is remanufactured with extra improvements to stand up to the higher weights you tow or the extra horsepower you push through it.
