Exhaust manifold replacement

Very nice casting with machined expansion joint. Replaced the stock exhaust manifold with only some mods to the heat shield needed.

Nicely machined

2003 Dodge 2500 2wd. 235HP California. I removed the original manifold to install this. I immediately noticed that the stock manifold ports were smaller than the head ports. Measurements showed up to 5mm smaller up and down and side to side. I made several upgrades during this year but did them one at a time to notice change in temps, performance and fuel economy. First drive, I encountered nearly 100 degree drop in EGT's using a grade near my home that I frequently drive. Although I wanted 3 piece, this one save me changing the manifold every two years for smog. I wouldn't hesitate to buy for another truck.
