Caster, the steering pivot angle, is tilted either forward (negative) or rearward (positive) from vertical. Installing a suspension lift or leveling kit will cause a reduction in steering caster angle. This can result in wandering, wobble, and general steering instability. Larger tires can exaggerate the problem and require more positive caster. By installing BD's Cam Caster Adjusting kit on the radius control arms of the Ford Super Duty's, you can correct the problem by increasing the caster angle to gain stability.

Install is timely but everything works great and less work than installing caster adjustable ball joints.
Other than a few minor issues the installation was straightforward. My truck had originally had a serious death wobble, replacing a couple worn parts took care of most of this but it still had minor but annoying shimmy at 62-68mph. My truck had almost no negative caster. I installed the kit and reduced the caster by 2 degrees. The front end is now smooth at all speeds. I will point out some minor issues that didn't really effect me but could do with others The hole saw provided does not come with the mandrel required to use it. My hole saw had it's teeth set wider than the hole in the jig, by about 1/16" of an inch. I had a similar hole saw on hand and used that without issue. This would be hard for any QC inspection to pick up but I would check the fit before starting in case you need to run and grab a replacement. The square locking washer seemed to have the indicator notch cut on the wrong edge. I am going to revisit this at some point but to make sure it wasn't user error. I would give this 4.5 starts if possible since my issues were minor and the end product is fantastic.
I'd had the death wobble on my 2015 F350 for over a year. Multiple components replaced in the front end and Firestone made it slightly better but didn't stop it. I looked into this kit and had a friend who owned a garage. Purchased the kit and he installed it. Finally, no more death wobble. Had this done in July 2020 right after this kit was released. Not for the DIY'er. It was well worth the parts and labor cost. If you have the death wobble, this is your fix.
