About This Product
About This Product
Experience unparalleled performance and durability with our enhanced GMC/Chevrolet truck exhaust manifolds, specifically designed for LS engines. Our BD-upgraded manifolds address common exhaust manifold bolt failures by incorporating extended fasteners and spacers that effectively withstand thermal expansion. In addition, we've engineered adjusted mounting locations for the heat shield. Crafted with precision, our BD Manifolds boast a robust, thicker design. They are constructed from high-silicon ductile iron to combat warping, ensuring your vehicle remains at peak performance for the long haul.

Hello,
A good-looking pair of manifolds. I'm using these in place of the GM factory LS and long-tubes. So, I hope they do the job. I have a Magnaflow 2.5 catted y-pipe merging into a 3.5 mid pipe and possibly a 3.5 cat back.
Is there new hardware for the new gm heat shields that I've purchased.
I have a Hummer H2 with 354K miles on it. I've had to replace manifolds twice since the originals. All the replacements I could find suffer from the same common design failures and are intended to just work for some short period of time. These from BD Diesel are obviously different. Thicker. More precise. These are definitely an upgrade. They have only been running for a few weeks, but I have every expectation they will last much longer. Do they cost more? Yeah, but places like Goodyear will charge you the same amount just to replace one of the manifolds with one of those cheap ones. Bite the bullet. Pay once and be done with it.
