Great Upgrade

Purchased the 64mm kit. I put it on my 2019 cummins, had to order different intercooler tubing and intake air tubing to make it fit as this is for the 07-18 cummins but I made it work. I've had it on for a little over a month now and there is a noticeable power increase, so much so that I now need a new transmission but I knew that was coming sooner or later (consequence of a lead foot). I did have tuning done after the turbo was installed. Would definitely recommend this over going with a stock VGT turbo.

Arrived quickly. went together as easy as could be expected. That 2016 Ram 2500 seems to be running tip top with it’s new turbo. AND they sent stickers very classy no one seems to do that any more. All in all I would most definitely order from BD again.

Install mostly went smoothly. Exhaust connections are a hassle without an extra hand. Instructions need clear notation of the plugs for pyrometer ports. I figured it out but had an obnoxious exhaust leak first.
Performance is good. Looking forward to pulling a load. Find a good tuner to avoid warning light and fuel control hassles.

Good for over 30K miles now

I put the 364.5/80/1.00 on my 2016 back at 19K miles. I now have 52K on it, and am still totally happy I made this choice. I did it to lower the drive pressure, not for the sticking VGT issue. Been rock solid and truck breathes so well. It tows like a beast and loves it!
