Reliable heavy duty Borg Warner governor pressure solenoid prevents oscillations and debris accumulation resulting in longer life. The kit includes an electronic adapter to convert the sensor signal, prevent over pressure codes and has its own built-in temperature sensor.

After a year of trying to figure out why my transmission never worked properly and being at 4 shops, 2 transmissions later, and paying diagnosing fees i gave up on it and just decided i was going to get rid of the truck untill one day I decided to drop the pan and check all the wires and go thru it I noticed something as soon as i dropped the pan the truck already had the kit I ordered from BD (which took forever to get here )the wire on the bypass was rubbing on the pan and causing my problem now my truck is run like new it shifts and works as should i was happy to finally drive it. Maybe they can make the wiring shorter or improve it so it dont rub on the pan and dont have to replace it again hopefully

Trans pressure upgrade.

This item cured the 1st-2nd gear hunting and stuck in 2nd issues. Also works perfect in the shifts of the other gears also. Trans has never worked this good ever. This is an absolute must do even if there is no issues with your transmission.

Money well spent!

I replaced my valve body with a BD valve body that came with the electronics upgrade. My transmission builder installed the stock plastic transducer instead of the metal transducer that came with the Valve body, for what ever reason who knows. Long story short the plastic transducer was replaced twice in less than 1k miles. I replaced it with the metal transducer added a double deep transmission pan. It is a completely different transmission! Firm and predictable shift points, noticeably better overall! Highly recommend.

I've got a 07 5.9 truck with a 48re i was having a bad shuddle shifting issue at low speeds between first and second gear, I installed this kit and it had fixed all my issues i was having
