TURBOCHARGER
MANIFOLD
A drop-in stock installation, stock looking replacement that is anything but stock! The larger Ballistic Billet compressor wheel and our new exclusive Low MOI QST turbine wheel results in reduced backpressure, quicker response, increased efficiency and increased turbine flow compared to the competition. This results in increased maximum potential power output, right up to 690 horsepower with supporting modifications. No extra parts to install, just drop-in and enjoy the extra power potential.
Perfectly paired with a pulse manifold made from high-silicon ductile iron and designed to withstand extreme temperatures and vibration. Precision slip joints allow the manifold to expand and contract, which reduces cyclic thermal fatigue and greatly increases manifold longevity.

With the screamer and new exhaust manifold it Woke my 6.7 Cummins up, faster spool time you can feel the power. Just make sure you get a thick steel ring reinforced boost tube coupling . It will blow a stock or cheap one out in a heartbeat. So far I’m loving it . We will know how well it does when I pull my 38ft fifth wheel camper.
BD Screamer or Fleece Cheetah? exactly where I was two weeks ago. After loads of research finding little to NO informations or videos I called and spoke to both manufacturers and after all of it I chose the Screamer. Nervous as **** because I have a trip from Florida into the Tennessee mountains I installed the turbo please take my advice and mount the manifold to its entirety before trying to install the turbo don't even ask why just do it. the turbo install seemed to have everything BUT the gaskets for the manifold which I ordered separately DONT FORGET TO ORDER THE GASKETS FOR MANIFOLD! but everything else was there. The adapter for the oil line at the top of the turbo also needed an o-ring I didn't seem to find but I re-used the one off my other turbo. and DONT FORGET TO PRIME THE TURBO I just poured oil into the top oil line until it over flowed and spun the turbo a bit and filled it again (no idea if that's good or bad) but it worked fine. after pressure testing the coolant lines and jumping the starter to check for oil leaks I was ready to fire it up! to my absolute surprise the truck fired right up NO CODES! I took it for a test drive instantly a noticeable difference (my old turbo was 145,000mi and was on second actuator) so this thing was very responsive I have a 5 pos SOTF and put it in the race tune to try to get all the lower end fueling I could and managed to build 36psi pulling out of the shop! No ******* joke I was trying to take it easy for the first 50 miles the turbo didn't care half throttle it took off like a rocket. exhaust brake kicked in and sounded like a jet worked perfectly THANK THE LORD because for me this was a big investment that I needed to trust as im getting ready to take my kids through the damn mountains! back to the shop checked for leaks luckily I had nothing and a couple air bubbles in the coolant gone after about 10 miles (keep and eye own your coolant levels) also for testing for leaks drive with your AC off **** that water drip had me with a white rag checking to see if it was coolant about 10 times but in conclusion I chose BD over Fleece, deal with it! Id do it again. P.S. Ive ripped the **** out of this thing the bigger turbo widens the power band its addicting.
I have a 2013 RAM 2500 with a 6.7L Cummins Diesel that has 185,000 miles on it. I bought this to replace my stock Holset HE300 VGT turbo due to an actuator failure. I did a lot of research on aftermarket turbos that would make a lot of boost or increase my horsepower by 40+%! Unfortunately most of those turbos required you to delete the exhaust brake function or required extensive aftermarket modifications for oil and coolant feed much less changing injectors, increasing fuel delivery etc. With the Screamer turbo from BD diesel, this was a drop in replacement of the factory turbo AND I got to keep all of the benefits of a factory exhaust brake. The improvements to the Screamer design are visible as soon as you remove it from the box. Larger compressor and turbine wheels. Clean remanufacture workmanship. Stock brand new turbo actuator. I highly recommend purchasing the BD exhaust manifold as well. If you're going through the trouble of replacing the turbo, you might as well replace the manifold. MY truck is primarily used for towing. If you're looking for a turbo to replace your factory unit. consider a BD Screamer. Reliability and quality of the OEM turbo with the improvements in flow and size you always wanted.
