Interference in the throttle position sensor circuits (APPS) on Dodge Cummins engines from 1994 to 2004 will create false voltage readings in the APPS circuit and cause the lock-up torque converter to rapidly cycle on and off as you drive. This quick and easy fix removes the annoying and potentially harmful RF interference.

This item worked as advertised. Also shipping was very quick. Jense V.
I've had two G2 Dodge cummins with auto transmissions. Both had that annoying lockup issue where the torque converter kept locking and unlocking in that 40-50 mph range under light load. This part fixed it on both. Important to keep all your grounds and terminal connections clean as well.
Simple to install, good instructions and did exactly what it was supposed to do.
It arrived promptly, and work great.
fixed! works! no more hunting BD was super efficient shipping and service....took minutes to put on
